Do you provide mockups for every order?

Mockups are included with all decor that involves a backdrop — it helps us align the design perfectly with your vision. If you’d like a mockup for a garland, arch, or smaller install, we’re happy to create one for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible! Once you know and confirm your event date, we recommend reserving your spot right away — dates can fill up quickly, and we’d hate to miss the chance to work with you. Ideally, booking 4 weeks in advance gives us time to plan everything in a calm and thoughtful way, finalize the design, make any changes, and make sure everything turns out just right.

Where are you based? Do you travel?

We have two studios: one in Glendale and another in DTLA, and yes — we do travel all over LA county and OC county.

Do you offer next-day installs?

Sometimes, yes! Message us to check availability — we’ll always try to make it work. Please note: a 30% Rush Fee will apply to all orders placed less than 7 days before the event, including next-day requests.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We totally understand that plans can change — life happens! However, please note that advance payments are non-refundable, as we begin prepping your order (materials, design work, scheduling) right after booking. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

How much time do you need for setup?

It depends on the design. For smaller installs, we usually need about 1.5 to 2 hours. For larger setups, we ask for at least 3–4 hours. We always coordinate timing individually based on your space, schedule, and the complexity of the decor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by learning about your vision — we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and any inspiration photos you may have. Then, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs.

Once everything looks good, we’ll move forward with the contract and reserve your event date.

Within 3 business days, our designer will create a custom event decor mockup just for you. You’re welcome to request unlimited revisions — we want everything to feel just right!

From there, we handle all the planning, prep, delivery, setup, and takedown — so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
